LearnAbility Educational Solutions makes education accessible and inclusive for all ages and sectors. For 17 years our business has produced thousands of successful students. We provide assessments necessary for an individual learner (student) or training needs analysis for trade schools, service providers or companies. Then our team of licensed education specialists create, and execute quality individual learning plans, group or company/corporate programming or curriculum. Any educational solution we integrate or utilize is based on our customer's individual needs. We work with families, the trades sector, corporations, federal and provincial government departments (like Health Canada - Jordan's Principle: Indigenous Youth Education). We also provide supports for employees with disabilities in the workplace. This may include helping them with accommodations, advocacy, and even providing education on disabilities to their employers. The additional outcome is that employers are able to retain employees with disabilities who might otherwise not been able to overcome barriers in the workplace.
