We are a private mental health practice that centres on the wellness needs of people of all identities and abilities. As the chief clinician, I am trained in compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, racialized vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma all of which are entangled with burnout. We also specialize in identity based trauma and racial trauma that also contribute to burnout. I am trained in different mental health treatment modalities that are mainstream and non mainstream in order to create cultural safety that creates psychological safety.
