Human Dynamics Training is a boutique training and consulting company supporting organizations across Ontario. Working with companies across multiple industries, including private and public sectors, we transform workplaces by helping staff develop their soft skills toolbox and coaching leaders how best to manage their people. Specializing in leadership development for women, we have provided coaching and facilitation to management teams since 2004. Some of the highlights of our keynote presentation and workshops are the annual conference for the Canadian Ski Patrol, the Fire Services Women Ontario annual symposium and Laurier university’s Women Entrepreneurship Centre. Our team of certified Human Behaviour Specialists are qualified to conduct and assess DISC personality psychometric assessments. We use this tool to help individuals better understand their strengths and areas for improvement; focusing on skills and characteristics necessary for positions of leadership.
