AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on April 24, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendices "A" and “G”. Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of June 1, 2023 and including May 31, 2025. Destinations Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across Canada, including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas. Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements apply to this procurement: - For deliveries to* Nain, Makkovik, and Hopedale, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement - For deliveries to * Norman Wells, NT, the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement - For deliveries to * Inuvik, NT, the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement *where “deliveries to” means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
