AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on June 12, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This Request for Standing Offer cancels and supersedes previous Request for Standing Offer number WS3915620080 (Doc3993116459 - E60HL-230051_B) dated May 4, 2023 with a closing of May 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous Request for Standing Offer. Requirement National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendix "A". Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of issuance of standing offer up to and including May 31, 2025. Destinations Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across Canada, including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas.
