BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables shall include, but are not limited to, the provision of and the supply of all labour, materials, transportation and equipment required for the performance of janitorial services, including the cleaning of public areas in HYI residential buildings in accordance with the requirements of this RFP at HYI-owned residential buildings located throughout the Region.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• BID DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).

BIDDER'S INFORMATION MEETING:  Proponents are invited to attend a virtual Bidder’s information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
