Request for Proposals For The Provision of Warming Cabinets for the Province of

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Provision of Warming Cabinets for the Province of Manitoba as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in the Master Site Listing (Annex D).
This RFP is broken down into three (3) categories for award:

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Floor Model Single Compartment Warming Cabinets
                  2. Floor Model Dual Compartment Warming Cabinets
                  3. Countertop Model Warming Cabinets

Shared Health reserves the right to award these categories separately to multiple proponents or one successful proponent for all. All or some of the top ranked proponent’s bid, per category, may or may not form part of the final agreement.
Proponents must limit each bid response to only one (1) brand type per warming cabinet category. If proponents offer more then one (1) brand per category, proponents may bid more then one (1) submission for each category. All or some of the top ranked proponent’s bid, per category, may or may not form part of the final agreement.
