Drupal Content Management System (CMS) Hosting Services

Request for Quote
The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is requesting Bids for provisioning Cloud Hosting Services for Drupal Content Management System (CMS).

Submission Requirements
Bids must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System (https://www.merx.com/).

Bidders are to submit their Bid through the MERX EBS System prior to 1:00:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday September 6, 2022.

Term of the Contract
The term of this contract is for one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) one (1) year periods. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and TPS approval if applicable.  
 
Piggyback (if applicable)

The TPSB/TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFQ.

Bidders are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other government agencies including PCPG, if the Bidder becomes the successful services provider.

The TPS may, upon request, permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ.  Bidders are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other Public Bodies, if the Bidder becomes the Vendor.  If the Vendor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Vendor for the purchase of the Goods and/or Services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Vendor.  Minor changes in terms and conditions, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Vendor’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
