Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to Tantalus Firehall No.2, 40439 Tantalus Rd, Garibaldi Highlands, British Columbia, V0N 1T0 – C-005 thru C-024.
The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, December 1, 2022:

C-010 Modified Bitumen Roofing C-021 Miscellaneous Specialties
C-011 Glazed Alum. Curtain Wall, Glazing C-022 Signage
C-012 Doors, Frames, Hardware - Supply C-023 Metal Lockers
C-013 Folding Operable Wall C-024 Landscaping
C-014 Sectional Overhead Doors
C-015 Gypsum Wallboard/Insulation
The project consists of new civil (excavation and backfill), utility works (water, sanitary, stormwater), and items alike for the build of a new ~10,000 sq ft Firehall.
