Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), TransLink is seeking to prequalify firms and/or individual contractors experienced in Statutory Right of Way and Real Property Acquisition Services.  

Contractors services will be required on an "As & When" required basis.   

TransLink does not guarantee any amount of work to any pre-qualified Contractor. As specific needs are identified, TransLink will either seek quote/detailed proposal from any one or more of the Contractor(s) from the prequalified list. Generally, prequalified contractor(s) availability and fees will be the determining factor, as services may be required on short notice.
