Procurement Services and Consulting

Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Emergency Management BC (the “Province”), is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to 0995226 B.C. LTD., doing business as Busch Procurement Advisory Service (the “Supplier”).

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below:

Conduct a gap analysis of procurement practices and identify issues, concerns and challenges;
•    Conduct a gap analysis of procurement practices and identify issues, concerns and challenges;
•    Identify goals and objectives in improving procurement practices;
•    Provide findings to management/executive and key procurement resources, including options and recommendations;
•    Develop strategic and demand aggregate procurement plans;
•    Provide procurement project support including, but not limited to, planning, drafting solicitations and associated documents, conducting evaluations, debriefs and negotiations, drafting contracts, and vendor management;
•    Develop custom agreements and templates;
•    Develop custom training; and,
•    Develop or revising procurement job descriptions.

The term of the contract is expected to be from August 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (the “Initial Term”), and may be extended for up to three (3) months at the sole discretion of the Province.

The value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes, $40,000 for the Initial Term.
