Accounting and Procurement Software Solution and Implementation

BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (“BCIB”) invites all qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply, implementation, ongoing support, and licensing of a comprehensive accounting and procurement software solution (“the Solution”), including any related services or products that may interface with BCIB’s existing payroll processing structure. The Solution will serve the entirety of BCIB’s corporate procurement activities as well as handle the accounts processing environment for all accounting processes and activities. A detailed scope of services is provided in section 2, Type and Scope of Services, of the RFP.

The RFP includes a two-stage evaluation process: (1) mandatory requirements, evaluated criteria, and pricing, and (2) presentation. The three (3) Proposals with the highest scores will be invited to present to BCIB’s Evaluation Committee how they plan to facilitate, gather requirements, implement, and conduct their proposed approach for Solution implementation. BCIB will evaluate all proposals received should they meet the mandatory requirements, as described in section 9, Submission Requirements.

The total capital budget for the Solution is $400,000.00 CAD, exclusive only of GST. This amount represents the total capital budget related to Solution implementation. This amount does not include operating costs, such as software subscriptions, licensing, etc.
