The attached sample indemnity provisions, which are generally consistent with the indemnity provisions in several recent design-build agreements entered into by the Province, are being provided for general information only purposes, as background or reference information or documents made available pursuant to and in connection with the RFQ, and are therefore subject to Section 5.13 of the RFQ.

The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit their qualifications for the Highway 11 Interchange Project (“the Project”). Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process. 

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity that may be offered the opportunity to enter into a design-build agreement to complete the Project.
