Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation (AIOC) - Request for Proposal - Tenant Improvements - New Lease Space

The Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation (AIOC) is excited to be moving their Calgary office into a new lease space at The Shops at Buffalo Run (#203, 11501 Buffalo Run Boulevard, Tsuut'ina AB). The AIOC requires tenant improvements for the unit which is currently in shell space condition. This Request for Proposal is for completion of the tenant improvements based on the complete set of drawings attached to this posting which detail the scope and specifications for the project. The building is currently tenanted with occupied suites below and adjacent to the new lease space. The building permit has been applied for to Superior Safety Codes Inc who is the acting AHJ for the Tsuut'ina Nation 145. This is a stipulated price bid with a requirement for submitting a cost breakdown with the RFP. The bid and cost breakdown form are provided. Selection of the successful contractor will be based on price, schedule, team experience and similar project experience. The successful contractor and all subcontractors must have a valid COR. The work completion date is March 31, 2025. There will be an opportunity to view the space at a pre-bid meeting at #203, 11501 Buffalo Run Boulevard, Tsuut'ina AB on December 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm Alberta Time. The bid closing date is January 6, 2025 at 2:00:00 pm Alberta Time. Bid submissions are to be sent by email to Lisa Kluthe at projectmanager@theaioc.com.
