Infrastructure - Request for Proposal - EDMONTON - GOVERNMMENT CENTRE - Roadways Snow and Ice Removal

.1 Contractor shall supply all required equipment, tools, labour, materials and incidentals to perform specified snow and ice removal services on the Alberta Government Centre site (Legislature Grounds) in Edmonton, Alberta. .2 Contract Address: Government Centre: 9820 – 107th Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. .3 Physical Limits: Services of the Contract are not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines. .4 All waste generated by activities of this contract shall be removed from site and disposed of in an environmentally appropriate manner. .5 Snow clearing and ice control services shall be provided following each snowfall event or upon specified depth of accumulation, whichever is most applicable. Services shall also be required on an as-needed emergent basis for the site when requested by the Province. .6 Snowfall and ice accumulation monitoring and removal service shall commence in anticipation / forecasting of a snowfall or icing condition during winter season. .7 Contractor shall be required to perform a complete power sweep and wash of all roadways and parking areas each spring in late April.
