Lakeland College - Request for Proposal - 7 or 8 Passenger Vehicle - Purchasing Standing Offer 2024-2027_REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL QUALIFICATION

Lakeland College requires their vehicles to satisfy the specifications listed in below. If a Respondent is unable to satisfy every element of this list but chooses to submit a proposal anyway, it must clearly identify the elements(s) it is unable to satisfy and the reason it cannot meet the requirement. Lakeland College will review any exceptions taken but, at is sole discretion, may determine the proposal not responsive to Lakeland College’s requirements and remove it from further consideration. The top three Respondents will be given first opportunity for any future vehicle purchases of the vehicle classes noted below up to July 31, 2027, through the RFPQ processes of Lakeland College. Lakeland College is seeking a vendor who can provide the following vehicle type with the following specifications/requirements: 1. Vehicle type required: • 7 or 8 Passenger Vehicle with Dual Sliding Doors 2. Specifications (Minimum Requirement): • All vehicles to be new from factory. • Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, and Tilt Steering to be included. • Each vehicle should be best-in-class for fuel efficiency. • Exterior color of all vehicles to be white. • Cloth interior required for each vehicle. If vinyl is required for any purchase, that will be discussed at the time of purchase. • Must have dual sliding doors (specify if manual or powered) • All vehicles to have All-Weather tires on Aluminum Rims. • Mud flaps are required • Vehicles must meet the requirements of Federal and Provincial Regulations. 3. Requirements: • A minimum of two (2) key sets shall be provided for each vehicle. • All purchased vehicles to be delivered to Vermilion, AB or Lloydminster, AB area (Within 50km). 4. All vehicles must come with a three-year “Bumper to Bumper” warranty and a five-year powertrain warranty. 5. This standing arrangement is in place for all vehicles purchased through July 31, 2027.
