Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta - Invitation to Bid - Residential Home Modification - Leduc, AB

The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Leduc, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of the following tasks: • All provisions contained in the drawings and specifications but is not limited to the following scope of work: • Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for the interior modifications to the existing 1942 square foot two storey with a 720 square foot finished basement, a new 74 square foot proposed house addition for an elevator shaft, and a 62 square foot front garage addition as indicated on drawings for barrier free accessibility. • Remove a multi-tiered rear deck and reconstruct for a new one level rear deck as indicated on the drawings. • Provide new concrete sidewalks around house and widened drive pad. • Interior modifications as indicated on the drawings along with major kitchen and Ensuite modifications. • Installation of all mechanical, electrical system modifications in accordance with the requirements outlined on the drawings. • Replace basement and second floor flooring as indicated on the drawings. • Patch main floor wood flooring and provide new luxury vinyl plank as indicated on the drawings and specifications. • The intent of this project is to meet the “CSA B651-18 Accessible Design For the Built Environment”.
