Executive Council - Pre-qualification Request - Standing Offer for Agile Teams

The GoA has embarked on transforming the work of government to deliver simpler, more efficient, and better services for the citizens of Alberta. The Digital Innovation Office (DIO) was established to drive digital innovation across government. The DIO encourages modern approaches and tools to deliver better user experiences and higher value through incremental delivery. This includes utilizing user experience design, service design, design thinking, and human-centred design approaches together with Agile. The DIO is composed of a small team of experienced digital professionals, who provide a government-wide lens on the problems at hand and a society-wide lens on the solutions available. The DIO is working alongside departments across the GoA to deliver exemplar services, by discovering, developing, and managing software solutions to solve service delivery roadblocks and improve citizen experiences. This PQR is issued by the Province to allow the DIO to access the Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of providing Agile Teams to assist with its efforts. The DIO seeks teams (Cross-Functional Agile Teams; Data Agile Teams; Design Agile Teams; and Development Agile Teams) to work on service innovation projects with the DIO and departments across the GoA. Proponents are invited to submit Proposals for the opportunity to compete for the provision of Services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this PQR.
