I am a certified Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and a Mediator, with a focus on designing team engagements, well-being, and creative futures. I currently teach Organizational Behaviour at Conestoga College. I offer clients a range of learning modalities, facilitation, leadership, executive and team coaching services drawing on her leadership experiences in large complex organizations both as an entrepreneur and an intrapreneur creating system change. I have a vast awareness of psychometric tools. I am certified in Tilt365 for persons and teams. My clients are from a variety of organizational backgrounds often found within, though non-exclusive to, the health system, digital health technology and public and service sectors inclusive of health practitioners, executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders. I trained with the Adler Graduate Professional School, and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am an Executive Coach with McMaster University’s School of Medicine Bridging Leaders Program and with Fora: Network for Change. I previously led both an anxiety disorders Centre and a leadership Centre at major academic and teaching institutions. I hold a Bachelor of Honors in Psychology and Human Behavioral Biology – now Neuroscience – and a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation.
