At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant. There will be a site visit on May 15 at 10:00am. Interested Bidders are to meet at the front of the building at 190 Clear Skies Private, Ottawa, ON. Free parking is available on site. No safety equipment nor entrance to the building is required. The names of each individual attending the site visit, along with the name of the firm they represent, must be provided to the Contracting Authority by May 13 at 9am in order to gain access to the site.
