PWGSC, on behalf of ECCC (Environment and climate change Canada) is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for the acquisition of compressed helium gas cylinders including delivery in Inukjuak, Kuujjuaq, LaGrande IV, Maniwaki, Sept-Îles and Burlington (Ontario), as detailed in Annex ‘’Statement of requirement’’.
