Description
1. The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden’s Waste Water Treatment Plant requires the supply and delivery of potable-grade filtered liquid aluminum sulfate to Bldg 0-97, 164C Cambrai Rd. Borden, ON. 2. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 3. Please refer to the RFP Annex - Technical Evaluation Criteria for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria. 4. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
