This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc3419813308 dated 2022-04-22 with a closing of 2022-05-26 at 2:00 pm CDT. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on June 16, 2022 by 1400 EST. All bids submitted after 1400 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND), 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta, requires a Standing Offer for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to clean all hot and cold ducts; remove, clean and replace all registers grills and diffusers; clean blower, fan blades and housing; clean hot air plenum chamber and heat exchanger interior and exterior; clean flues and chimneys; provide access openings in ductwork as required; clean ductwork with extendable steel brushes; and clean heating and cooling coils. The Standing Offer will be used on an “as and when requested” basis.
