Avis d'appel d'offres La Ville de Saint-Félicien demande des soumissions pour la conception et la construction d'un jeu d'eau à Saint-Félicien. Les soumissions devront être déposées au Service des loisirs, culture et vie communautaire (rez-de-chaussée) au 1209, boulevard du Sacré-Cœur à Saint-Félicien (Québec) G8K 2R5, sous une seule enveloppe cachetée portant la mention SOUMISSION 2024-019 - CONCEPTION ET CONSTRUCTION DE JEUX D'EAU, et ce, au plus tard à 14 heures, le jeudi 30 mai 2024. Les soumissions seront ouvertes à la salle du conseil (3e étage), immédiatement après la fin de la période du dépôt des soumissions mentionnée ci-devant. Pour le présent appel d'offres, la Ville de Saint-Félicien a recours à un système d'évaluation des offres en fonction d'un nombre de points basé, outre le prix sur des critères de qualité, tel que prévu au document de soumission. Les entreprises intéressées à présenter une soumission peuvent se procurer une copie des documents d'appel d'offres, selon les tarifs en vigueur du SEAO ou obtenir des informations supplémentaires en communiquant avec le Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO), entre 8 h 30 et 17 h du lundi au vendredi inclusivement Téléphone: 1 866-669-7326 (sans frais) Site Internet: www.seao.ca Tout retard dans la transmission de la soumission après l'heure, la date limite et l'endroit indiqué pour la présentation de la soumission entraînera automatiquement la non-conformité et le rejet de la soumission. La Ville de Saint-Félicien ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et ce, sans aucune obligation d'aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
