Canada only accepts proposals from suppliers that are qualified on ALL the categories & levels below. Category Level 4.2 Project Manager for Real Property Senior 4.2 Project Manager for Real Property Intermediate 3.9 Project Monitor Senior 3.9 Project Monitor Intermediate The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. Altis Human Resources (Ottawa) Inc. 2. Deloitte Inc. 3. Ernst & Young LLP 4. IBISKA Telecom Inc. 5. Lansdowne Technologies Inc. 6. Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP 7. QMR Staffing Solutions Incorporated 8. The AIM Group Inc. 9. Tiree Facility Solutions Inc. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada requires, on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) Project Management Support Services (PMSS) at a Top Secret level as recognized by CIISD, PWGSC to assist DFATD’s team in the completion of a series of priority projects abroad. PMSS resources are sought for the management of planning, design and construction of physical security upgrade projects at Chanceries, Official Residences, Consulates, Staff Quarters etc., and other related work, whether on Crown owned or leased premises. Conditions for participating: SA Holders’ Designated Organization Screening (DOS)/Facility Security Clearance (FSC): DOS - Reliability FSC - Confidential FSC - Secret FSC - Top Secret Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award date to March 31, 2020. The proposed option periods shall be from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2024. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is subject to quarterly refresh cycles.
