PROSERVICES REQUIREMENT

The Enabling Services Renewal Program (ESRP) of Employment and
Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement for one
Business Consultant (Level 1) - On-line Service Renewal for the
Service Delivery & Integration (SDI) group under Stream 4.3 of
the ProServices Supply Arrangement.  The resource will assist
with the refinement of iService 2.0 Business Requirements, and
will assist with User Experience research and design and
development of the final user interface functionality for the
next iteration of iService using Portal Technologies. 

The Business Consultant will work closely with the iService and
Service Delivery Management managers, other government
departments' portal management teams, and on-line services
consumers.

Eligibility to bid 

Only selected ProServices SA Holders currently holding a
ProServices SA for stream 4 - Business Services in the National
Capital Region under the E60ZT-120001 series of SAs are invited
to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this
bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. 
However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it
may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation
at any time before the published bid closing date, and an
invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be
consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement
system.  In no circumstance will such an invitation require
Canada to extend a bid closing date.  The following SA Holders
have been initially invited to bid on this requirement.  Where
additional invitations are made during the bid solicitation
process, it may be that they are not reflected in a solicitation
amendment:
