REQUIREMENT: The Institute of Ocean Sciences (ISO) has a requirement for a CO2 extraction unit. The unit is used for the measurement of total dissolved inorganic carbon in seawater samples by infrared analysis. ISO currently already has an in-lab system for large samples. The new portable system is meant for smaller samples sizes in both lab and field environments. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package.

DELIVERY: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31 2016 at destination 9860 West Saanich Rd, North Saanich (V8L-5LB).

TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the (North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
