Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: ASSESSMENT OF REVISED WORK DISTRIBUTION FOR GRIFFON HELICOPTER AIRCREW Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), Toronto, ON, requires a contractor to develop a work distribution concept that considers the redistribution, rescheduling, and revision of tasks and postural sequences and, if shown to be effective through IMPM analysis, assess the work distribution concept and determine the extent it mitigates neck-trouble. Project 03aa Air Human Effectiveness addresses the following intermediate outcome as outlined in the Air Agile Program Brief: "Improve health and safety of operational Royal Canadian Air Force personnel by (Future Concept Directive 3.5.4.4)." Its subproject involves the development and assessment of neck- and back-trouble mitigating solutions that seek to improve aircrew health and safety through technological, physiological, and task-oriented means. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2016 inclusive. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. Bidders should consult the "Security Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for Bidders" (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/lc-pl/lc-pl-eng.html#a31) document on the Departmental Standard Procurement Documents website. Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003. For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program. This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian services. Subject to the evaluation procedures contained in the bid solicitation, bidders acknowledge that only bids with a certification that the service offered is a Canadian service, as defined in clause A3050T, may be considered. Failure to provide this certification completed with the bid will result in the service offered being treated as a non-Canadian service.
