Water and Sewer Line Repairs - Various Projects, DND

Work under this Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide water and sewer line repair and maintenance work as specified in the Statement of Work for the Department of National Defence (DND) 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba on an "as required basis".

It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years, plus three (3) additional one (1) year options. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. For additional information, see Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection and Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information.

.1 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba - North Site 
.2 St Charles Range, Saskatchewan Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Work includes:

.1 Supply of equipment that may be required to perform the specific repairs
.2 Supply of labour and materials
.3 Carry out repairs to underground water distribution lines and sewer lines
.4 Thawing of water lines and drains
.5 Backfilling
.6 Provide routing out of sewer/drain lines
.7 Provide sewer line camera support services and reports
.8 Clean-up and finish landscaping
.9 Restoration of curbs, asphalt and concrete surfaces

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
