Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (D-B) bidders to deliveraDetached Storage Garage at the St. Andrews Lock and Dam in St. Andrews, MB.
The objective of this RFP is to retain an individual or Joint Venture to provide the complete design-build work for the Detached Storage Garage at the St. Andrews Lock and Damin St. Andrews, MB.  Utilizing a D-B service delivery methodology, a full range of professional consultant and contractor services will be required during both the design and construction phase of the project.  The work consists of but is not limited tothe design and construction of a Detached Storage Garage as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.

There will be a site visit on Wednesday January 11, 2017 at 9:30am (CST).  Interested bidders are to meet at the Site Office of the PWGSC Works Maintenance yard Compound
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
