Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Finger Pier Construction at Bonavista, NL.  The work covered under this contract includes the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material.  The work will also consist of, but is not limited to the following: the construction of a new 67.1m treated timber crib-and-span finger pier wharf, replacement of the concrete deck on the adjacent marginal wharf and electrical upgrades. Work will take place at Bonavista, Newfoundland and Labrador.


INSURANCE TERMS 
The declared value of the material supplied by Canada for this project is $26,550.00 (HST extra).  This amount shall be added to the contract value when determining the amount of insurance required under the Builder's Risk - Installation Floater - All Risk coverage.


SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: 

Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28, Item 1.9 Project/Site Conditions of Specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
