PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, material and equipment required to complete minor marine work on Small Craft Harbour Facilities in Southeast, New Brunswick including harbours from Cape Tourmentine to Bay du Vin. All work is to be completed on an "as and when required" basis in accordance with the Plans and Specification forming part of the Solicitation document. 

The period of the Standing Offer will be for two (2) years from the date of issuance. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up. More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement. 

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
