The work under this Regional Individual Standing Offer covers
the furnishings of all labour, materials and equipment for
Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Services at the Nova Institute in Truro, Nova Scotia. 

The period of the Standing Offer is April 1, 2012 - March 31,
2013 with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year
periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
