The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have an unprecedented impact on the health of Canadians. COVID-19 vaccines are a critical tool that reduce the risk of COVID-19 and protect broader public health.

As a responsible employer, the Government of Canada is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees. On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced its Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

In alignment with this important measure, all supplier personnel (including subcontractor personnel) who access federal government workplaces will also be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement entered into effect on November 15, 2021.

The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of
all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide Snow and
Ice Control (SNIC) and Grass Cutting/Landscape Maintenance at the Queen Charlotte Armoury, Alexandra Range, Brighton Compound, Support Detachment and HMCS Queen Charlotte Naval Reserve when requested and as specified herein.Job No.L-C135-9301/46
