This requirement is for: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)


Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in one or more of the Work streams and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-055605 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

Description of the requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of RCMP (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
It is intended to result in the award of up to 4 (two primary and two backup) contracts in each of the 2 Work streams, with each contract purchasing Work from only one Work stream. Each contract will be for 2 years plus 3, 1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. 
1) WORKSTREAM 1: Peoplesoft
2) WORKSTREAM 2: SAP 

The same per diem rate for each resource within a resource category will apply.  Bidders must be able to provide the maximum number of resources for each resource category they bid.  Any replacement resources must possess qualifications and skill-sets equal to or superior than the initial resource proposed

The Resource Categories described below are required on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the TBIPS SA Annex "A":

Partial bids will not be accepted.



Security Requirement:

1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.  The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
