The Department of National Defence has a requirement to
estanlish a multi-year service contract for the maintanence and
repair of their CCTV system. The Closed Circuit Television
(CCTV) Systems are standalone systems used by the Department of
National Defence (DND) to monitor entrance and egress of
occupants to a building. The systems are also used to monitor
key points such as turnstiles, parking areas and doors to
different areas. The CCTV systems are in place at 25 buildings
in the National Capital Region (NCR).

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this requirement are to establish a multi year
service contract for the following services:

1) For the maintenance and support services of the National
Defence CCTV 			    equipment/systems currently in place,	
2) For emergency repairs of the CCTV equipment/systems, and
3) To provide the capability of installing additional CCTV 
equipment/systems  and 		     replacing non-functional parts of
CCTV, on an as-and-when-required basis.
	

The requested start date is November 1st 2013

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
