    SET-ASIDE FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS
    This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for
    Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as
    an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
    
    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: 01965-210069, partially disassemble and rebuild Building 39 complete with an internal fit-up; INDIGENOUS CEREMONIAL BUILDING, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON.
    
    Project description:  Partially disassemble and rebuild Building 39 complete with an internal fit-up, mechanical and electrical upgrades, services upgrades, and exterior landscaping
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 32 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The NPP Range is: $1, 000,001 to $5,000,000. 
    
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    
    There will be a site visit on Wednesday October 14, 2020 at 9AM & 11AM. Interested bidders are to meet at:
    
    Bldg. 39, Central Experimental Farm, 
    960 Carling Avenue, 
    Ottawa, ON. 
    Free parking
    
    Due to the current situation (COVID-19), each bidders is allowed a maximum of one representative at the site visit.  Interested bidders should submit the name of the individual to the Contract Authority sophie.st-germain@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than October 8. 2020 by 3PM.  The contracting officer will advise the attendees of their assigned time slot  National Research Council Canada
