    Project description: Heritage Window Frame Stabilization and
    Sash Rehabilitation project.    
    
    Work is to be completed within fifty-nine (59) weeks after
    contract award. 
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
    The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s)
    must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH
    hold a valid SITE ACCESS clearance, granted or approved by the
    Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works and
    Government Services Canada.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    There will be a site visit on September 30, 2014 at 10:00am.
    Interested bidders are to meet at the security desk at the
    Confederation Building, 229 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON.
    
    Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site
    visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they
    represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer by
    10:00am, September 26, 2014 in order to gain access to the site.
