    Title: Trailer Repair
    
    Requirement:
    
    The Department of National Defence, Edmonton Garrison has a
    requirement for the Regional Individual Standing Offer Agreement
    (SO) for the supply of labour, tools, equipment, transportation
    and supervision necessary for the repair of various types of
    military trailers on an "as required" basis.
    Services required will include, but are not limited to
    inspections, repairs, modifications and replacement parts.
    Examples of typical repairs in this category include, but are
    not limited to, repair gooseneck/hydraulic systems, repair or
    rebuild of suspension systems. Trailers may range from small
    utility trailers (850 Kg) to Heavy Haul Tank transporter, which
    includes the jeep, trailer and booster.
    For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a
    lump sum payment must provide the required information as
    detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.
    This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
    Period of Standing Offer:
    The period of the Standing offer is 3 years from date of
    Standing Offer issuance.
    Mandatory Requirement:
    
    Failure to meet any of the following mandatory requirements at
    solicitation closing will render your submission non-compliant
    and given no further consideration.
    
    The Offeror must meet the following mandatory criteria at
    solicitation closing:
    
    Ability to perform the full scope of the work described in Annex
    "A" Statement of Work.
    
    Offeror Selection:
     
    An offer must comply with the requirements of the offer
    solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
    criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with
    the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of
    Standing Offer.
