    Provision of Event Planning including Meeting Space and Services for the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls
                                                                                     
    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has been requested by the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and the Privy Council Office to contract on their behalf with an event planning firm. 
    The scope of work is to secure accommodation, meeting space, hospitality, travel coordination, other logistical services, and provide audio visual equipment with services for the events and functions of the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
    
    There is a requirement for the on-site coordinator to be fluently bilingual in certain locations such as but not limited to the Provinces of Quebec, and New Brunswick. It is recommended that the on-site coordinator always has a capability to communicate verbally and in writing with delegates in either Canadian French or English. It would be an asset if the on-site coordinator has a verbal capability in an Canadian indigenous language.
    
    This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. 
    
    This procurement is subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s).
    
    The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
