CONSULTATIVE PROCESS

Industry Engagement Session


BACKGROUND

In order to ensure a successful re-procurement for the provision
of Contracted Airborne Training Services, industry shall be
engaged in a consultative process as the first step in this
solicitation.  The consultation process includes an "Industry
Engagement Session" followed by one-on-one "Industry Meetings"
and "Working Group Meetings." 

The Industry Engagement Session was held March 21, 2012 from 9
a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa Room, Ottawa,
Ontario.  

The purpose of the Industry Engagement Session was to provide
Industry and other interested parties "participants" with
general information on the CATS procurement project, the
consultative process, finalize the Draft Rules of Engagement and
obtain industry comments on the consultative process timeline. 

PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

This notice is designed to provide industry with:

1. The finalized Rules of Engagement and Dispute Resolution
Process document agreed to the Industry Engagement Session; and

2. The presentation provided by Canada at the Industry
Engagement Session.

These two documents are attached to this notice.
