NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Sole Source Requirement At or Above the CKFTA Threshold

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)

Requirement Title: Provision of Training on the Leadership 3A ^® Approach from Consul-Source Inc.

This requirement is open only to the following supplier who holds the exclusive rights for the Leadership 3A^® training programs. 

The following supplier has been invited to submit a proposal in response to the non-competitive Request for Proposal:

1. Consul-Source Inc.

Description of the Requirement:

In order to establish the level of expertise required from a centre of expertise, the Centre of Expertise on Change will focus on strengthening leadership capacity when it comes to directing and implementing large scale change initiatives for the benefit of the HR-to-Pay community.

In this vein, the objective of this contract is to ensure effective capacity building on change across organizations, through the provision of specialized training and development.

The Contractor must provide training programs to PWGSC; train-the-trainer programs and workshops/conferences based on Leadership 3A ^® approach.

Security Requirements: There are no security requirements associated with the requirement.

Proposed Period of Contract:

PWGSC intends to award only one contract for the duration of the work that will be from date of contract award to March 31, 2022.
