Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) “E” Division Post Garage, Chilliwack BC requires the availability of an equipment provider to supply various radio parts and supplies to equip marked and/or unmarked police vehicles.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting Offerors to submit proposals for a Standing Offer. The selected offeror shall provide a range of goods as identified in the Statement of Requirements section of this document. It is RCMP's intention to authorize up to one (1) Standing Offer for a period of 2 years with the option to extend an additional one (1) year. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $ 300,000.00 (applicable taxes included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $40,000.00 (applicable taxes included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; RCMP will issue call-ups only when the specific goods to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed

Submission of Offers

Offers must be submitted only to RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the Request for Standing Offers by mail, fax 778-290-6110 or by email patty.yi@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .

NOTE: The RCMP has not been approved for bid submission by epost Connect service.

Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer
