Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract agreement with one or more vendors for the purpose of providing Technical Services (residential property inspections) to First Nation communities in the Province of British Columbia. Consideration will be given to proponents who can provide the services throughout the entire province and offer “best overall value” to CMHC. The technical services are to support the delivery of CMHC’s On-Reserve Housing Programs.
This procurement has been set aside under CMHC’s Aboriginal Procurement Policy.
This Agreement will have an initial term of one year, with two one year renewal options, not to exceed a cumulative total of three years. Submissions must be received at the location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST on February 1, 2019.
