Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has deployed the Government of Canada (GOC) EDRMS,to provide a document / records management solution for the department based on the eDOCS DM/RM solution from OpenText. The departmental solutions are known as InfoBank, (IB), and SGDE-EDRMS.

The engineering team continues to conduct architecture, design and engineering activities as part of normal eDOCS DM/RM maintenance and support activities. These activities include product upgrades and technical software infrastructure upgrades/hot fixes which are critical for the ongoing support and stability of this global solution.
