Scope of Work
The CNSC requires the full-time professional services of one (1) Level 3 .NET Programmer/Analyst (Senior) to provide .NET development services in support of IMTD activities.

Tasks to be Performed
The tasks to be performed include but are not limited to the following:
- Interpreting systems requirements documents in order to develop IT solutions;
- Documenting solution architecture;
- Documenting solution design;
- Developing multi-tier solutions (including UI, business layer and data access layers) following Object Oriented and SOA best practices;
- Developing and supporting solutions while adhering to the CNSC`s technological environment, as listed in Section 4.0;
- Re-using existing standard modules and services, developed by the Application Services Division (ASD);
- Maintaining standard look & feel, as defined by ASD;
- Developing and integrating to the Government of Canada’s GCKey solution with the use of Microsoft ADFS and WIF;
- Creating and integrating solutions with role based authentication using NetSQLAzMan;
- Creating and performing unit testing of solution modules during development;
- Creating automated deployment packages;
- Creating detailed deployment instructions;
- Creating and performing sanity testing after deployments;
- Participating in defect review meetings and resolving defects in a timely fashion;
- Working with the other divisions within IMTD to follow the formalized Request for Change (RFC) process;
- Providing technical support for in-service solutions;
- Transferring knowledge to CNSC staff throughout the contract duration
