Description
ESDC requires a Contractor to provide training to all project teams on the principles, methodology and processes required to develop sound project schedules for on-going and new projects. This will ensure consistency in all projects being managed and reported within the organization. There will be two trainings sessions for employees, one for new users of the product, the other a refresher for current project managers and schedulers.
