Description
Canada Post has a requirement for:
•	Five types of hardware mounting kits.  These kits will be used for anchoring and / or connecting Community Mailboxes assets to each other or to an engineered concrete pad.  Each kit is comprised of commercially available hardware with some customized mounting brackets as evidenced in Canada Post’s drawings in the attached RFP; and
•	Kitting services of the hardware mounting components.

The objective of this RFP is to select up to three (3) Proposers with the highest Final Overall Scores that could be recommended for contract award.  The anticipated term of any resulting SOA is five (5) years with the option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period.   Further information is included in the attached RFP Documentation.
 
Canada Post Corporation intends to conduct negotiations with suppliers on this proposed procurement.
