Description
The Department of Justice, through the International Legal Programs Section (ILPS) is responsible for the implementation of the JUST Program, a multi-year program of technical legal assistance to Jamaica funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD). The program aims to help improve the organization, management and service delivery capacity of key justice sector institutions in Jamaica, such as the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the judiciary and the Court Management Services. Under this technical assistance program, Justice Canada works with experts from both inside the department and outside to support reform and capacity-building in each of the above-noted sectors. As such, the JUST Program has a requirement for the following Professional Services and expertise in order support the work of ILPS, and ensure continuity in the program delivery: Organizational Reform Expert – (TSPS Business Consulting / Change Management Stream, category 2.4 Organization Development Consultant, Level of Expertise: Senior)
