“The CBRM’s procurement approach for the Solid Waste Management Project consists of a two-stage process, by first pre-qualifying Proponents to provide Solid Waste, Recycling, C&D and Biosolids processing for the CBRM based on their proposed Solid Waste Management technologies, past experience and proven ability to process Solid Waste, Recycling, C&D and Biosolids material on a large scale, as part of this RFPQ. Based on the RFPQ responses and RFPQ evaluation process, the CBRM intends to invite pre-qualified Proponents to respond to the RFP in the second stage, which will include providing full details on solutions and costs.”
